The death has been announced of Mr Norman
Johnston regarded by many as the doyen of the
breed, Norman had a passion for the Lancashire
Heeler which went undiminished all through his
life, he tirelessly campaigned the heelers at
Championship and Open Shows seeking
recognition for our lovely breed. He will be
sadly missed by his many friends.
For the last three and a half years I have
been his travelling companion to many shows,
he was a real gent a very nice man.
